Design

Ty Afal have been designing bespoke houses for over 15 years, and in particular specialise in meeting high environmental and sustainability standards.

Our capacity allows us not only to produce designs, but also to communicate and work in cooperation with external architects, engineers and consultants. We have found that such collaboration has been effective both in terms of quality and the delivery of projects.

The development of our designs to meet building performance targets has included the need to understand BREEAM, the Code for Sustainable Homes and PassivHaus as well as keeping up to date with governmental directives and technological advances.
