Our Projects

A small-scale housing development consisting of two detached houses and a pair of semi-detached houses, all with Full Planning Permission. Overlooking the Severn Valley and set within the small historical village of Leighton, the key planning considerations were the need for sympathetic, contemporary designs and the development’s environmental impact. The detached dwellings have matching layouts and replicate some of the key architectural styles of the surrounding Leighton estate, but with a fresh and modern interpretation.

At present (April 2011), the site has its access road installed, all service ducts have been laid, and all plots are ready to start excavations for footings.

The Plots 1 and 2 are for sale individually. It is planned that Plots 3 and 4 will be sold together, but we would be interested in discussing other proposals. Please visit the plots for sale page for more information.
