Set in a conservation area and in the curtilage of a listed building, the proposed conversion of the old coach house incorporates a modern extension to provide spacious living accomodation. The extension and conversion will incorporate high levels of insulation and airtightness to meet Code Level 3 of a 25% reduction in carbon emissions.
