Min Gwern is a replacement dwelling. The house is a timber frame construction and is clad in a mixture of brick, oak and lime-based render. Internally there are exposed salvaged oak beams from the demolition of the original house.

Whilst the house has a traditional appearance, it has features that give interest and character and make it a spacious home is plenty of natural light penetrating the living spaces.
