The Pippin 4 bedroom eco-house built with timber frame construction. The design includes an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom plus the family bathroom, a spacious kitchen and dining area, plus a sitting room with sunroom.
Contemporary design including integral garage, room in roof construction and shaped windows. We fit underfloor heating and solar panels in all of our houses to minimise energy costs.
The sun room's glazed roof gives an extra dimension to the sitting room, whilst the solar panels integrated into the roof at the slating stage will provide up to 70% of the household's hot water.
A mixture of finishes including hand-made Douglas fir windows, rendered walls, Douglas fir cladding and galvanised guttering have all been used in this construction; these finishes and many more are options for your project.
Clean lines and a contemporary floor plan make the Pippin a popular house, although you may wish to adapt any of the elements to suit your own requirements.
