The Braeburn 4 bedroom eco-house built using timber frame construction offers an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom plus a family bathroom, a spacious kitchen and dining area, plus a sitting room and fully glazed conservatory.
Douglas fir cladding and rendered walls combine to make the Braeburn an attractive and popular house; we can adapt the existing plans to use other materials to suit your requirements.
Natural slate roofing over a deep roof section allows optimal use of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms together with providing plenty of space for masses of insulation.
The Braeburn provides four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, sitting room, conservatory and utility plus an integral garage.
Our designs incorporate as much timber as possible to reduce cement usage, thereby minimising the carbon footprint of each house. Use of lime render onto a timber-based backing will help further.
