Ty Afal’s designs have always embraced the latest thinking on environmental methods and energy efficiency. Customers can choose a self build package from our selection of imaginative designs, or may decide on a bespoke, in-house design service tailored to their specific requirements.

Either option will guarantee the highest standards of workmanship in the finished Timber Frames, and with both routes we offer optional services such as applications for Planning Permission and Building Regulations, external and internal joinery, solar-water heating, and under-floor heating.

As a member of the Association for Environment Conscious Building, we are committed to minimising the environmental impact of construction by using carefully sourced building materials and by making the building as energy efficient as possible within a realistic budget.
