Over the last six years, we at Ty Afal have refined our activities to reflect the changing needs of our customers and the demands of an increasingly energy-conscious world. Our designs have always embraced the latest thinking on environmental methods and energy efficiency, and we have developed our specialization by becoming registered assessors for the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Customers can choose a self build package from our selection of imaginative designs, or may decide on a bespoke, in-house design service tailored to their specific requirements.

With any option, we can guarantee the highest standards of design, including guidance on how to achieve your chosen level of Code compliance. We also offer services such as applications for Planning Permission and Building Regulations, external and internal joinery, solar-water heating, under-floor heating, and heat recovery ventilation.

As a member of the Association for Environment Conscious Building, we are committed to minimising the environmental impact of construction by using carefully sourced building materials and by making the building as energy efficient as possible within a realistic budget.
